- Department of Fisheries– will cooperate with the DOF to ensure all registered boats and ship install the propeller guard.
- SIRIM – collaborate with them to produce propeller guard that meet the sirim and ISO requirement
- WWF – give the awareness to the fisherman and ship company to install the propeller guard
